Prior to forming Nagel Law Office, PLLC, Mr. Nagel was a partner at Holm & O'Hara LLP where he represented individuals, labor unions and employee benefit fund trustees in the construction industry, the hospitality industry, mass transportation, manufacturing and local government. Mr. Nagel advises his institutional clients on the day-to-day administration and compliance with federal and state regulations. He negotiates collective bargaining agreements and resolves disputes with insurance companies, employers, unions, employees, union members and fund participants. Further, Mr. Nagel provides his institutional clients with a full range of government relations services in New York State and New York City.
Mr. Nagel is admitted to the U.S. District Court in the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of NY, the U.S. District Court of NJ as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a registered lobbyist in New York State and New York City. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University Law School in 1998 and his B.A. from The College of William & Mary in 1990. He is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
